Horse shown: Old-Growth Redwood. We can't keep the kids off of this! The Rocking Horse is designed for children ages 3 through 6. All of our furniture, including the children's furniture, is bolted together and has metal plates underneath the legs for extra strength and protection. For added durability we use only stainless steel bolts and screws when building the kid's furniture. No nails or glue is used.
